1.) After we have spoken in person, place a $250 deposit by check, Venmo or Zelle to hold your place for a regular pick/$500 for 1st or 2nd pick.  The deposit is non-refundable.   Make sure to read our policy page here before placing a deposit!

2.) I will notify you as I move closer to your name and when the puppies are born.

3.) I put color coded collars on the puppies, you watch them grow through weekly photos/video.

​

4.) Picks are made at 7 weeks old by photos, video, puppy evaluation information and my suggestions.

5.) Pick up is at 8 weeks old. Please come to our home for pick up.

6.) 4 yr extended hip/elbow health guarantee applies if you order the Life's Abundance dog food from our site.

7.) We don't ship our puppies.  We require that you meet us in person for the adoption of your puppy.

8.)  Buyer gets AKC limited registration on their puppy/dog, no breeding or showing rights.  Buyer is responsible to spay neuter their pet before age 2.

Pricing:

Our Regular pick puppies are $4,000 plus MN sales tax. Deposit ~ $250.

Our first pick female/male puppies are $6,000+ / MN sales tax. Deposit ~ $500.

Our second pick female/male puppies are $5,000+ / MN sales tax.  Deposit ~ $500.

Temperament Testing

 

We help guide you in the selection of your puppy.  We don't choose a puppy for you.  But you are not alone in the selection of your new family member.  We specialize in "matching" puppies to their homes.  We use a combination of several methods when evaluating our Lab puppies.  Many of our puppies have gone to service and therapy dog homes.  It's important to us that we help you find the best potential match for your home, though all of our puppies have excellent temperament.

We use the Volhard puppy aptitude evaluation for the following:
Social attraction ~ Following ~ Restraint ~  Social dominance ~  Elevation dominance ~ Retrieving ~ Touch sensitivity ~ Sound sensitivity ~ sight sensitivity ~ Stability
